Privacy commitment
What this site collects, why, and what happens to it.
Scope
This covers this website and enquiries sent through it. Where services are supplied under a separate agreement, that agreement governs service data including call records and recordings.
What is collected
What you submit, plus the minimum technical information required to keep the form usable by people and not by automated systems.
- Submitted: name, organisation, email, telephone, the layer selected and your message.
- A record that you consented to be contacted, with a timestamp.
- A one-way hash of the originating IP address, retained to detect automated abuse. The address itself is not stored.
- Browser user agent and referring page, for the same purpose.
- One strictly necessary session cookie, maintaining the session and providing cross-site request forgery protection.
Purpose
To respond and route internally, and to keep the form secure. Not used for advertising and not sold.
Basis
Where one is required: consent, for responding to an enquiry you initiated; legitimate interest, for the limited technical data above.
Retention
As long as needed to handle the enquiry and keep a record of the exchange, then deleted. Earlier deletion on request unless retention is legally required.
Disclosure
Not sold. Shared only with providers hosting or operating this site for us, limited to what that requires, or where legally compelled.
Security
Transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored with restricted access limited to those handling the enquiry. IP addresses are stored only as a one-way hash and cannot be recovered.
Rights
Subject to applicable law: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Ask through the access page and we respond within the period the applicable law requires.
Amendment
Published on this page. Material changes to enquiry data handling are described here rather than made quietly.
